1. Dynamic Filtration – Safer Air Electrostatic filters attract changed particles, dramatically improving IAQ (Indoor Air Quality). It is an effective and cost-effective way to ensure Health & Safety while saving energy for a strong ROI.
2. Plasma Ionizing Systems – Safer Air
Plasma ionizing systems purify air by generating charged ions. This system charges hydrogen and oxygen ions to produce a bi-polar plasma. This plasma eliminates viruses, bacteria, VOC’s, smoke, etc. Savings are achieved by conditioning less outside air.
3. Touchless Plumbing Fixtures – Safer Surfaces
Touchless plumbing fixtures reduce the spread of disease by eliminating physical contact with fixtures like toilets, sinks, hand dryers, and drinking fountains. They reduce water consumption and the spread of germs.
4. O-Zone Laundry – More Sanitary Laundry Technology
This ozone treatment eliminates more than 99.9% of bacteria, viruses and molds.It produces savings by using less natural gas, water, detergent, electricity, and labor, while also increasing the useful life of your linens.
5. HYPOGEN N.E.W. – Cheaper Cleaning & Disinfecting
N.E.W. stands for the Neutral Electrolyzed Water produced by a HYPOGEN generator. N.E.W. is a hypochlorous acid-based disinfectant / cleaner generated on-site from salt, water, vinegar, and electricity. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and safe for daily contact. This disinfectant destroys viruses like COVID-19. N.E.W. is certified as a Green Cleaning Solution by the EPA. It is an all-purpose cleaning disinfectant you generate for $0.03/gallon.
6. UV Destratification Fans – Safer Air & Surfaces
Destratification fans were invented to eliminate hot and cold spots in high-ceiling & drop-ceiling spaces. They reduce energy costs while increasing occupant comfort.
ECM offers a destratification fan manufactured with UV technology. The UV produces oxidized air which kills 99% of air-born bacteria, viruses, and mold. It also eliminates 85% of VOCs and odors. The level of UV air produced is less than what is safely circulating in our every-day outside air.
7. UV Lighting – Safer Air & Surfaces
UV lighting technology controls germs while providing visible light. It is proven to be safe and effective. UV lighting continuously destroy airborne viruses, bacteria, and other microbes.
