The City of Salinas seeks responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from professional, qualified firms or individuals (Design Teams) who are capable of performing and providing the City with a final project concept, project schedule, final design, construction plans and specifications, cost estimate, project management, design, bidding and construction management of the multiple City public facilities and improvement projects.
