The Government anticipated period of performance for this requirement will begin on 20-December-2022 and conclude on 19-December-2027. An earlier start date is possible should the Contractor and the Government come to a mutual agreement prior to 20-December-22.
A solicitation and request for quote will not be posted to FBO as this will be a direct award to one SDVOSB. A Request for Proposal will be issued directly to EMP2 Inc. The Government intends to evaluate the proposal using the best value approach, where price and technical will be considered factors.
