The mission of the Wyoming Energy Authority (WEA) is to advance Wyoming’s energy strategy by driving data, technology, and infrastructure investments. The WEA is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from service providers, consultants, and other interested entities who can provide services related to the establishment and operation of a Wyoming Energy Regional Economic Coordination Office.
