The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), with the support of the Department of Energy (DOE), Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), invites current DOE Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) IDIQ (2017) Contract holders to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) in response to this Notice of Opportunity for consideration in potential task order (TO) awards under the DOE ESPC IDIQ Contract for the PBS National Deep Energy Retrofit Program (NDER), Round 7 in GSA Regions 5 and 11.
Amendment 0001 is issued to capture a closing date and time for submitting questions. The Notice of Opportunity Amendment 0001, Section E, #5. Questions should be submitted to heidi.johnson@gsa.gov and sharon.conger@gsa.gov no later than May 26, 2023 at 12 noon Eastern Time.
Amendment 0002 is issued to provide questions and answers submitted to date and revise the Notice of Opportunity Amendment 0002, Factor 1 Evaluation Standard, “meets the standard” (b) and (c) and “exceeds the standard” (a) on page 6.
