The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (“OFCC”) seeks proposals from interested parties to conduct an energy audit of facilities and implement an Energy Performance Contract. The successful Proposer will identify and implement building improvements to reduce energy, water, and related costs in facilities, such that annual cost savings are applied to annual payments for improvements.
