Project: Energy Savings Performance Contracting – Fish Hatcheries
Description: The Contractor shall perform energy retrofits to fish hatcheries located in Anchorage and Fairbanks. The Department is requiring the following services: Investment grade energy audits and comprehensive energy services, design, financing assistance, installation, modification, and commissioning of new or existing energy systems, verification and reporting of energy savings and guarantee of energy savings. The Contractor will be required to guarantee energy savings and provide ongoing monitoring and verification services to document that the predicted savings are being achieved.
