This RFQ outlines a dual responsibility for a single firm to manage all aspects of grant compliance, reporting, and financial oversight, as well as to design, implement, and verify ECMs. The selected ESCO must demonstrate robust expertise in grant management, regulatory compliance, and energy conservation within a public K-12 educational setting.
