PROJECT: City of Alton – Recreation Center Energy Efficiency Retrofit
DESCRIPTION: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to perform energy efficiency retrofit improvements to municipally owned facility within the City of Alton, Texas. Improvements may include, but are not limited to, energy conservation measures, equipment upgrades, and associated work necessary to comply with program requirements. All improvements shall be furnished and installed in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, and funding requirements.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 TIME: 3:00PM C.S.T.
The City of Alton will receive sealed proposals for the City of Alton – Recreation Center Energy Efficiency Retrofit until 3:00 pm on May 13, 2026, addressed to the City of Alton in the Office of the City Manager, Alton City Hall, 509 South Alton Blvd., Alton, Texas 78573. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud as near as practical after 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Alton City Hall. Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
