The Town of Medfield (Awarding Authority) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), pursuant to 225 CMR 19.00, from qualified energy management service companies (ESCOs) interested in implementing a comprehensive, performance-based, Energy Conservation Project (Project) with guaranteed savings at its buildings and facilities. The Awarding Authority intends to select and enter into an Energy Management Services Contract with the most highly qualified provider per the evaluation criteria herein.
