The City of Beaumont (“City”) requests written responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a qualified consultant or consultant team to prepare a comprehensive Citywide Facilities Needs Assessment and Facility Planning Study. The selected consultant will be one that has demonstrated experience and professionalism in the preparation of final construction documents and specifications required for final city plan approvals.
