The Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is requesting Resource Efficiency Management (REM) services to provide a focused and coordinated effort for improvement in the energy-efficient operation of key facilities, equipment and control systems and address demand reduction, and research/facilitate energy conservation programs offered through Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) projects, Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) projects, Energy Resiliency and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects and other repair and renovation projects.
