The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain information about firms that can provide financing, materials, installation, monitoring and management of energy efficiency and carbon reduction assets that would reduce onsite carbon emissions and energy usage as well as improve occupant comfort in State-owned buildings in Maryland, while simplifying the contracting process.
