E-RFSQ #24-069 – County of Fresno Qualified Energy Service Company List
The County of Fresno (County) on behalf of the Department of Internal Services – Facility Services division (ISD-Facility Services), is soliciting bids to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for energy related services and invites Energy Services Companies (ESCO) to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to describe their capability to provide “turnkey” energy system efficiency and operational efficiency programs. The SOQ should include services to identify, design, install, maintain, monitor, and arrange financing of medium to large-scale, comprehensive energy system improvements and operational efficiency programs for County assets and implement energy savings in items to include, but not limited to, control systems, energy distribution and energy supply, (gas, electricity, and renewable sources such as solar, biogas, etc.) The selected bidder(s) shall be responsible for complete turnkey services including comprehensive energy audits, guaranteed savings analysis, project recommendations, design construction, and financing of the capital improvements.
