The City of Brandon, Mississippi is seeking qualification statements relating to Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide a comprehensive city-wide energy management program for all streetlights and facilities/buildings owned and/or managed by the City of Brandon pursuant to Mississippi laws.  ESCO qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code, the Mississippi Development Authority—Energy and Natural Resources Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Performance Contracting and the Request for Qualifications.
