The City of Hartford is seeking one or more consultants for a one-year engagement to facilitate and administer community projects related to energy efficiency, solar and fuel cells in the community. Throughout the one-year, grant-funded position, the Consultant (i.e. “Energy Specialist”) will report to City’s Sustainability Director in the Office of Sustainability and Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
