The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) intends to select the Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. The Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) for FortLeavenworth, Kansas requirement will provide comprehensive energy and water efficiency improvements and demand reduction services. Following source selection, the selected utility company will conduct a preliminary assessment of Fort Leavenworth’s energy usage with the intent to award a UESC for the design and implementation of energy savings and conservation solutions that will meet the unique needs of the customer pursuant to 42 USC 8256 and 10 USC 2913.
