GENERAL
This is a pre-qualification of ESCOs for future Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC)
projects. There is no minimum number of ESCOs to be qualified and there is no minimum
amount of work to be guaranteed for pre-qualified ESCOs. This potential future work is for
State Agencies, Public Higher Ed, Public School Districts, and Municipalities working through the
Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Energy Program (DES Energy Program).
