The Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services (DAS), and Department of Transportation (DOT) are requesting proposals from qualified providers to evaluate the feasibility of installing a large-scale solar photovoltaic system at Milwaukee County Fleet Management
Scope of the study will include:
1) Land Use, Technical Analysis, and Risk Assessment
2) Evaluation of the Facility’s Current Energy Usage & Economic Analysis
3) Evaluation of Future Energy Requirements – Specifically Power Demands Related to Fleet Electrification
4) Legal Review & Coordination with Local Utility
5) Coordination with County Staff to Gather Information Related to Future Needs and Evaluate Existing Infrastructure
6) Develop a Formal Report of Findings and Recommendations
Refer to the Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services Facilities Management Division Consultation Agreement for Professional Services – Type “D” Agreement, attached to the Request for Proposal to find additional information regarding contract requirements for Milwaukee County Professional Services.
