The School District of Springfield R-12 is requesting proposals from National Association of Energy Services Companies (NAESCO) Accredited Energy Service Companies. The District desires to select a full-service firm who will be available to assist with all aspects of project planning, development, design, project implementation and the long-term guarantee of savings.
