The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Sustainability, is seeking qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be pre-qualified for as-needed Energy Savings Performance Contracting services for the delivery of energy efficiency projects. DGS intends to establish a qualified pool of Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) for the implementation of energy efficiency projects awarded through subsequent RFPs sent to the qualified pool.
