Texas State University (“Texas State” or “University”) is soliciting statements of qualifications
(“Qualifications” or “SOQ”) from a qualified and capable Firm (“Provider” or “Respondent”) to provide a
Energy Optimization and Cost Reduction Services for the University. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”)
sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for Respondents to be considered for this project. The
University expects to enter into one (1) or more contracts with the selected individuals or Firms to provide the
services as further defined in Exhibit A of the RFQ.
