New Mexico, RFP Statewide Price Agreement
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract
through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to
be pre-qualified for providing Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) services for New Mexico
governmental entities (“Agencies” or “Agency”). This RFP process constitutes pre-qualification
for EPC services for New Mexico public facilities. ESCOs selected through separate federal, state,
or private procurement processes for EPC services are not pre-qualified.
