Mendocino County is seeking proposals from pre-qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCO) to provide planning and consulting services, perform technical and economic analysis of specified facilities and systems and implement one or more Energy Performance projects. The ESCO will identify and implement specific building improvements to reduce utility supplied energy consumption and related costs in facilities, such that annual cost savings over time will offset the cost of improvements.
This RFP is open to Energy Service Companies who are pre-qualified through the California State Department of General Services Agency ESCO RFQ 2023-01.
