Minneapolis, MN – SitelogIQ (SIQ) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has named Joe Puishys Executive Chairman and promoted Kelly Schuller to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective December 4, 2023. Schuller will also join the Board.
Joe is transitioning to Executive Chair after serving 3 years as Chairman and CEO. As Executive Chair, he will continue to lead the Board, mentor and advise the senior team, and play an active role in the evaluation and pursuit of further acquisition opportunities.

Kelly was hired in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer to manage SIQ’s five business units and lead a service offering expansion, which has significantly grown the company. As CEO, he will assume responsibility for the full SIQ Senior Leadership Team. He brings over 30 years of experience and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Prior to SIQ, Kelly has served as both a Business Unit President and a Corporate Strategy Leader at Apogee Enterprises, as an Associate Principle at McKinsey, and a CPA for Ernst & Young.
