The City of Boston, acting by the Environment Department, 1 City Hall Square, Room 709, Boston,
MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above. The Renew Boston Trust (RBT) Owner’s Agent (“Owner’s Agent”) will provide engineering and consulting services to the City of Boston to support its Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) program.
Proposals may be submitted as early as Monday, May 12, 2025, but shall be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, June 6, 2025, and opened forthwith.
