The City of Walla Walla (WA) is requesting supplemental information from Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCO) to assist and partner with the City on the following tasks/projects:
•Preparation of a city buildings and facilities preservation and energy efficiency master plan.
•Evaluation of carbon reduction/energy project opportunities for the city.
•Assistance in delivering projects identified in the buildings and facilities master plan and/or carbon reduction/energy opportunity projects.
