Notice is hereby given that the City of Buena Park (“City”) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) / proposals from Energy Services Companies (“ESCOs”) to provide comprehensive design-build services for implementing certain energy conservation, energy efficiency, energy generation and related energy capital improvements, as well as water conservation measures at designated City facilities (“Project”) pursuant to California Government Code section 4217.10 et seq. (Section 4217.10”). The City does not anticipate providing any upfront capital to finance the Project but rather intends for the conservation and efficiency measures included in the Project to pay for themselves from energy and operational savings generated over the useful life of the improvements.
