City of Cedar Park, TX
The City of Cedar Park’s Facility Maintenance Division is seeking a consultant to conduct a Facility
Condition Assessment (FCA) of several municipally owned properties. The purpose for this
assessment is to provide professional and technical services in developing and implementing a
maintenance plan to extend the life of each facility. Additionally, the City desires to develop an
asset replacement schedule to adequately budget for replacements and maintenance moving
forward.
A draft scope of work is outlined below, a final scope of work will be made as part of the
professional services agreement between the City and the selected firm.
