Department of General Services, District of Columbia
The District of Columbia Government, acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of its Sustainable and Energy (“S&E”) Management Division is seeking proposals to engage a single qualified Energy Services Company (“ESCO”) to provide Energy Savings Performance Contracting (“ESPC”) Services. The primary intent of this selection process is to: (i) execute a successful Performance Contract for District facilities; and (ii) implement comprehensive clean energy projects in existing buildings in accordance with the scope of work. The awarded ESCO shall provide all management, tools, supplies, travel to and from work sites, and all else necessary to successfully provide ESPC services.
