The City of Abilene, TX is seeking the services of a qualified Energy Service Organization
(ESCO) to provide Performance Contracting Services. You are being offered the opportunity to
demonstrate to the City the capabilities of your Firm in providing those services. The energy
services sought by the City could include, but is not limited to, various City Facilities and Water
Operations.
