The City of St. Helena, CA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform an investment grade audit of all City facilities to identify and then implement a full range of energy services, energy generation and related programs. The City is seeking to partner with an entity that is qualified to provide holistic, turn-key energy savings projects that further advance the City’s goal to reduce its impact on the environment and possibly reduce operational cost for the City.
