The University of Texas at San Antonio (the “University”), acting through the University’s Department of Real Estate and Property Management, seeks a licensed Energy Services Company (ESCO) that is capable of providing a comprehensive University-wide energy and water efficiency improvement program for facilities owned and/or managed by the University. The guaranteed energy performance savings Consultant must be a person or business that is licensed, and is experienced in the analysis, design, implementation, or installation of energy, water, and wastewater efficiency and improvement measures through energy performance contracts.
