The Dorchester County Council is seeking proposals to replace the existing CFL and Metal-Halide lighting with energy efficient LED Lighting at the Cambridge-Dorchester Regional Airport Terminal, located at 5263 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613. This project will consist of internal and exterior lighting. The Airport Terminal consists of one level with of 25 rooms plus hallways totaling approximately 8,400 sq.ft. Exterior lighting will consist of approximately 24 dusk-to-dawn lighting fixtures in the parking lot. Bids should include a simple payback period calculation and a proposed lighting schedule. Use of occupancy activated lighting is encouraged where applicable.
Sealed bids/designs must be received by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the Dorchester County Council’s Office, 501 Court Lane, P.O. Box 26, Room 108, Cambridge, MD 21613 and clearly marked “Proposal for Airport Terminal LED Lighting”. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Public opening of bids will be at 11:05 a.m. on May 1, 2025, Room 110.
