The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting Qualifications for a Energy Service Program. PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2:00 PM ON Monday, August 4, 2025 to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids, proposals, qualifications with any party submitting a bid, proposal, or qualification or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid, proposal, or qualification or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
