Sealed proposals endorsed “Facility Condition Assessment, RFP2613” will be received by City/County Purchasing at the location and until the deadline noted above. This is not a public bid opening! The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Proposals are only being received electronically. Do not wait until the last minute to send your Bid to avoid any possible delay that may occur during the transmittal of files. A screenshot print of the email receipt will be used as verification of the time received. Late proposals will not be considered.

Questions or inquires relative to this RFP must be in writing and e-mailed to darrenmr@cityofws.org by the End of Question deadline of 5:00 PM, September 15, 2025. The City will provide written responses to all known recipients of this RFP. Any oral responses made by any representative of the City may not be relied upon. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM, September 9, 2025 via Microsoft Teams. Contact darrenmr@cityofws.org for the meeting link. The purpose of this conference is to explain the City’s Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) goals and requirements related to this project. Staff will also be prepared to answer questions about the scope of work.
