Rochester Community Schools, known herein as “Owner” or “District”, is looking to select a
skilled and successful firm to provide Energy Saving Performance Contracting Services for the
District in order to fund and implement energy saving projects to reduce utility usage and
costs. The District consists of 25 buildings: 21 school buildings and 4 support buildings that
cover approximately 2.6 million square feet and reside on more than 500 acres.
