Colchester Public Schools / Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as Owner) seeks proposals from interested energy service providers (Contractor) to conduct a technical energy audit of facilities and to implement an Energy Performance Contract pursuant to 2011 Conn. Pub. Acts 80, Sec. 123 and Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 16a-37u and 16a-37x. The intent is to identify and implement capital improvements that reduce energy and related costs in the district’s facilities in a manner that allows annual cost savings to be applied to the annual payments for improvements.
