PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of West Donegal, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, has issued a Request for Qualifications for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract in accordance with the provisions of Pennsylvania Acts 163, 57, 77 and 39, Title 62. The contract is to consider energy efficiency improvements for Township infrastructure, including but not limited to street-lighting and other facility improvements.
A copy of the RFQ may be obtained electronically by contacting John O. Yoder, III, Township Manager via email at jyoder@westdonegaltwp.gov.
Responses to the RFQ are due by February 25, 2026, at 2:00 pm and must be submitted electronically to jyoder@westdonegaltwp.gov.
