The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is issuing this solicitation as a request for proposal (“RFP”), for Energy Savings Performance Contracting Services for selected Authority facilities. The selected qualified provider shall assist the Authority with preliminary assessment, Investment Grade Audit (“IGA”), development of energy conservation measures (“ECMs”), implementation support if authorized, and long-term measurement and verification using M&V Option C (Whole Facility).
