The City of Gulfport intends to receive responses from qualified Energy Service Providers (ESPs) to provide energy conservation equipment and services under an Energy Services Contract. Said responses are to be delivered to 1422 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501 in accordance with this RFQ.
ESP qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code, the Mississippi Development Authority—Energy Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Service Providers and the Request for Qualifications.
