The University of Kentucky (UK) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced individuals,
firms and teams [hereto referred to as consultant(s)] that have extensive experience with
developing, managing and implementation of a P3 Energy Project on budget and on schedule. The
University is seeking a consultant with an established record of successful P3 Energy Project
experience. The Consultants will assist the University with developing the P3 Project Definition and
Evaluation (Phase one), P3 Project Procurement (Phase 2) and P3 Project Post Closing
Governance and Monitoring (Phase 3).
