Request for Proposals on Qualifications for a District Wide Energy Conservation Program
Union Public School District (UPSD) is requesting proposals for implementation of Energy Efficiency Improvements on a performance-contracting basis. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit qualification proposals from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) that describe their capabilities to identify, design, install, maintain, monitor and arrange financing of a comprehensive energy-conservation program which includes the services listed in this proposal. Respondents may receive the RFQ Specification Packet from Director of Finance Abby Winstead at [email protected]. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM CST on April 9, 2021 to UPSD Central Office at 417 South Decatur Street, Union, MS 39365.
