PUBLIC NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
West Central School Corporation hereby gives public notice that it is requesting proposals from interested and qualified energy services companies for the following project:
PERFORMANCE CONTRACT FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION & FACILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
In conjunction with this contract, the school corporation is interested in solutions for baseline opportunities including improvements with the possibility of multiple phases. The main focus of the initial phase includes re-commissioning and re-scheduling existing HVAC systems, control upgrades including installation of JACE units, and possible equipment replacements.
The project is to be paid from guaranteed annual energy and operational cost savings in accordance with IC 36-1-12.5 Chapter 12.5, Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract requirements.
The school corporation plans to select the most qualified provider for the purpose of negotiating a final contract. A Letter-of-Intent (LOI) will be issued to the selected qualified provider.

Proposals must be received by the school corporation by April 20, 2021 at 2:00PM EST, after which time they will no longer be accepted. A public opening of all proposals will take place on April 20, 2021, at 2:30PM EST at the School Corporations Office at: West Central School Corporation, at 1850 S. US 421, P.O. Box 578, Francesville, Indiana, 47946.
